We need a very talented and Creative Article Writer. You must be familiar with Wordpres in order to log into admin and post all articles to the relevant pages after you have written them.
1,000 WORD ARTICLE TOPICS
We need 80 - 85 X 1,000 word articles written. The articles will be for a property portal website and the article topics will be about living within these local areas in London UK. People searching for property for sale or to rent will want to know about the local amenities. Therefore you must be able to use the internet to research things like local population, local schools, local health services, local colleges, local council tax charges, local entertainment, local transport, ethnic make up of local areas etc, etc. You must then have the skill and ability to write about the local area in an informative, entertaining and creative way. We will give you a couple of resources you can use to research the local London areas.
ARTICLE KEYWORDS
We will be targeting 5 local area keywords in each 1,000 word article. You must therefore be able to write SEO friendly articles. Each keyword should appear approximately once every 200 words. For example we will write about a local area called Stratford in East London. These are the 5 property related keywords which must appear in the article…..

RELATED LOCAL SURROUNDING AREAS
When you write about a particular local area you must be able to include 4 other surrounding areas. You must be able to use Google Maps to find 4 other local surrounding areas. The names of these other 4 local areas will be hyperlinked to the relevant pages on our website; these will be internal links similar to what you see on Wikipedia. For example 4 local areas to Stratford in East London would be Bow, Leyton, Forest Gate and West Ham.
POSTING & CONFIGURING ARTICLES
After you have written the articles you will then log into our Wordpress admin, find the relevant page and copy/paste each article into the relevant page. You will then bold the 5 keywords. You must then find the 4 local areas and hyperlink them to the relevant pages on our website.
PAYMENT FOR PROJECT
We can pay $6.00 to write each 1,000 word article and then post the article based on the above criteria. This equates to a total of $480 for this project. We will pay this in 2 milestone payments of $240 per milestone.
FREE TEST ARTICLE
We do not want to read samples from any portfolio. You must be willing to write a sample 500 word article based on a topic of OUR choice. If you are not prepared to write a free sample 500 word article – Please DO NOT bid on this project!!!
We have another 100 – 150 articles which we will give you to write for this property website if we are 100% satisfied with your work.
