Copywriter/researcher needed

I need a an excellent writer to do the following: 1. Research on websites that definitely need work or redesign 2. Generate list of companies that need such services and their addresses 3. Type of address labels 4. Draft proposals for projects Must be very good in writing and must be flexible with the work. Compensation will be per project piece completed for the first 10 completed proposals at $30 per proposal. Afterwards, a monthly salary will be agreed on based on performance. Requirements: Although no web design or programming skill is required, experience in web design will be a plus to be able to identify design weaknesses and areas of improvement. Also, familiarity with the latest trends in web designing will be a plus.
