My fathers autobiography

I have a scanned copy of a handwritten autobiography, which needs to be rewritten into word. I also want the successful person to restructure the book, as it jumps around a lot at the moment. The finished product to me, should be in word, with editing completed so the book is in chronological order. It should also include titles reflecting the different stages of my fathers life. Attached is an example of one page, I have 94 pages in total which need to be rewritten.
