We need a skeleton c++ project (in Visual Studio 2013) which will be a dialog based MFC application with the following attributes: 1. Support skins 2. Resizable, while whenever the dialog is resized, all controls within it are rearranged and resized accordingly. The skeleton should include fully functional controls of the following types: a. Hyperlinks b. Tab views, including sub-tabs within tabs c. Files explorer in a tree view with the option to multiple select items d. Skinnable progress indication e. Wait animation Examples of the look and feel are included
