I would like to design standard operating procedure (rules of lead engagement) based on large medium and enterprise segments-
1) how should sales consume the leads once a lead is assigned to the sales reps.
2) Define the stage movement timeline from one stage to another in salesforce based on which stage the lead is in.
3) How long to wait to send a follow up email /call after the two way connection has been established.
4) Reason to close or recycle the lead
5) Activities logged in salesforce.
