Hello, I have an ecommerce site built in Magento however magento experience is not really required for this particular requirement. Within each of my product page; I have 4 links on the right that I would like the following behavior: 1) Tooltip to popup when somebody hovers/clicks over each link. 2) Tooltip to popup when a Mobile user touches it and goes away when the user touches away from it. 3) Must be mobile and tablet friendly ( all devices ) 4) Must work within all major browsers ( IE8+ , chrome, firefox, safari etc.. ) Requirements: - No magneto extension - just modify an existing Magento custom block where you can add HTML/CSS/Javascript there - Can leverage 3rd party pre-built css/js if needed.
