change the style of an Drupal 7.42 Professional Theme

We have a test- and a separate live inviroment Drupal 7.42 We use in our test enviroment the theme "Professional" and also installed the theme "Marinelli" We would like to make some changes from Marinelli to the Professional Theme (see detailed information attached): 1. Blue Background right and left from Marinelli Theme to Professional Theme 2. Navigation in light blue like in Marinelli (change from black) in Professional 3. Background Content in Professional white like in Marinelli (change from gray), also for all sites 4. Change the background in Professional for First Bottom, Second Bottom and Third Bottom in the same light blue colour (like for Navigation 2.) This changes should made first in test, and than if it is only css we will also transport it to our live-enviroment, if it is more change than in css, than we need also this changes made in our test.

In fact, you have to be careful to realize changes on these templates, since they are contrib and system default, and if go to modify them directly, on the next update of the system you will lose them. It's necessary to create a sub-theme for each template, and then realize the modifications there. Anyway, this should be easy and it may not take more than one hour to get it done, the price is fair for it. If you have other tasks you want to make (a to-do list would be great, the URL link if it's online too), then I can try to review my price and time expectations.
