Dotnenuke, Bootstrap, Redesign

hi please check out: [login to view URL] we would like to make it look more modern, something like a [login to view URL], we want it to look like it in all platforms. this is where the bootstrap comes in... it already has bootstrap v2. we want it upgraded to bootstrap v4 use it's new features when possible. then made to look as much as possible like [login to view URL] the main site platform runs on dotnetnuke (c#). the core custom module is vb.net. it is best if you know dotnetnuke skinning and maybe a little module development. so work order might seem like this: 1) upgrade bootstrap 2) adjust current skin and containers 3) edit custom module files... 3 ASCX files and supporting CSS files * 1st ascx: the main page. it lists all posts. *2nd ascx: create post page (yellow link on main page) is an inner of the main page. *3rd ascx: the post details page (link for each post) is also an inner of the main page. then there is the about page, this page doesn't need work. it has the same container that holds our "17+" disclaimer. only 1 container need from what we see. like linkedin, we would like the right boxes to not move. and a messaging box at the bottom right, that pops up and down, although we will use it to list new posts. for now, we are asking that "display:none" because that feature is being worked on. please place view the behind code and place bids. if you are within our price range and need a deeper look into the code... we'll send you the ftp info. thanks
