Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and can help you - yet you need to narrow your specifications. Any OCR is not 100% in recognizing text unless you have perfect quality text, on high contrast plain background and more. Whenever you have low quality text, busy backgrounds, small letter sizes, angled distortion etc the text will be harder to recognize (based on combination of mentioned issues). So - can you provide typical samples? There's an open source library (OpenCV is not really open source yet can be used as such) that can recognize text well. It all depends what quality images you have for accurate OCR rate, usually more than 90% is fine, 95-99% is of course near the ideal. Otherwise I'm a webmaster and developer for 26+ years, and pro in multimedia scripting. Regards and hope you're safe, Matt
