Help Building Extensive CSV Database of Parts

We are trying to take data from a website and organize it into csv files (excel). To start we are going to focus on one category of product. This category is sprockets and we will be organizing upwards of 3,500 parts into csv/excel spreadsheets. However, the database will grow and could be several hundred thousand parts. We need someone who has experience building databases for csv upload. We will work with this individual category-by-category to make sure the data is organized properly for csv upload.
