Person I am looking for need to be very faithful as our job has a certain deadline, we need to follow the deadline in any cases no matter what happens.
That's why I have to very careful to select our long-term drafting partner.
Here is our basic information for structural drawings.
1. We will provide architectural background. You can clean up or freeze some unnecessary layers.
2. For structural plan, we will send our hand mark-ups for your drafting.
3. For section details, there are many typical details you can utilize (copy and modify). Sometimes very specific details might be required --- In any case, we will provide hand mark-ups including all directions for you.
Later, if we could work together, we can give you more details.
I have attached a sample project. Please review and estimate how many times you need for that.

I worked for Architectural firm and MEP companies for both local and in UAE so I pretty much know the basics and the standards of applying Autocad.
I have been using Autocad since its 2004 version and now I am at Autocad 2013.
I do not like to brag much but I can deliver quality and meeting deadlines - I live with it.
