I need Publishing-Level, quality ebook conversion from an EXPERIENCED ebook converter. The final book contains Images, a Table of Contents, and a linked INDEX. The Table of Contents and Index need to link to the text appropriately. The book is properly designed in InDesign CC 2016 and is 480 pages. This Project MUST BE completed by tomorrow (Thursday, 4PM Pacific Time), but no later that Friday, 12PM Pacific Time. Do not bid if you can not make this deadline confidently.
