eBay Template implementation

Hi all, We need the following done: 1) Retrieving information from old eBay listing and implementing it into our new template. Template has already been designed 2) You need to change the images and descriptions in the template for each listing and the template has to be as neat as before 3) Send it back to us in text files 4) There's 300 listings to edit Successful candidate needs: 1) Good english skills 2) Work fast and deliver in a few days 3) HTML skills Thanks.
