Need Reliable Partner for Bulk Emailing

I am looking for an emailer who is willing to provide ongoing mailing services in exchange for a flat fee. The type of emails being sent include opt-in as well as harvested lists. This is how our arrangement would work: 1) I send you a list and email message, and 50% of the estimated total based on the list size and CPM rate. Payments to be made by Paypal. Example for a list of 100,000: 100,000 / 1000 = 100 (CPM Rate * 100) / 2 = Deposit Payment 2) You mail the list, and within 24 hours provide me with a report showing total sent, bounced and clicks if we are tracking clicks. 3) When the send is completed, you will receive the remaining portion of the payment. It will be calculated like this: 100,000 - Bounce = Total Sent ((Total Sent / 1000) * CPM Rate) - Deposit Payment = Final Payment I also need to know what your maximum daily volume is. While a lot of the orders will be for lists of 100,000 or less, we will need the capacity to send 1,000,000 or more per day. Your average turnaround time should be within 24 hours of receiving the deposit payment, and if it is going to take you longer than expected to mail out the emails, I need to know! Features I Need Available: - Text Replacements in subject (i.e. Re: {FirstName}, Check this out) and also message body (i.e. Dear {FirstName},) - Both Plain Text and HTML format - Optional Click Tracking redirect. You provide a URL which can track clicks and redirect to a destination on some of our mailings. *** NOTE! All lists will be seeded with or own emails to track delivery and bounces. If your emails are not inboxing, we will not continue to use your service! *** Please give me your best rate in CPM (cost per thousand sent) and any minimums or maximum. Minimum should be 25,000 and maximum should be based on your delivery rate. I expect to have multiple jobs per week for you if you can provide quick turnaround and high delivery.
