Import OScommerce products into Woocommerce

I have about 5,000 products in an OSCommerce database (2.3) that need to be imported into WooCommerce. I also have a CSV file of the products if that makes the job easier. I need ALL of the product attributes as well and the relationships to the products must be kept. The imported products and attributes should delivered to me in a single .sql file that I can easily merge with existing WooCommerce DB.
