Reformat Word document to Prinit 1xA4 ->2xA5 - and Tidy

Reformat a Word Document. I have about 40 page long double sided A4 document. These need to be made to fit into A5. I want to print on A4 sheet, but cut each A4 sheet into 2 pieces of A5 ie 80double sided A5 pieces of paper. Its a mix of pictures text and tables. Need to look pretty but not stunning. The margins optimized so the the a5 is double sided and fits into an A5 binder. I can send word 2010 documents. 1 showing the margins the other with content. It is all already in approximately the right part of the pages, but it needs someone who is a whizz and understands how word formats documents so it doesn't move pictures into the wrong place when printing. I am re-posting this job because I got a ton of people with generic one line bids. I just want this done, know MS word work quickly, and its a breeze because all the text tables and pictures are in, placed in approximately the right place you just need to format and move them around a small amount so the A5 margins are blank and it prints ok.
