Special High Voltage Waveform Generator

Need to design a power pulse generator with special waveform which is about 3 seconds in duration. The voltage is at 600V at start, then increase from ~600V to about 2200V in one second, drop to ~1600V and stay at ~1600V for one second, then drop to 1000V and decrease from 1000V to -600V in one second. After total 3 seconds, the voltage drop to zero. The unit should be able to support current for up to ~1,100 amperes for one second from a capacitor bank. The diiferent voltage value stated above should also be programmable. For example, we might want to change 600V to 800V, and 2200V to 2400V, etc. We will pay all the components to build at least two prototypes which could be linked in parallel to give double power. That means the unit should be stackable to give multiple power. Up to 20 units are expected to be stacked.
