Project Manager and Strong Math English/Spanish

We're looking for someone to compile spreadsheets from text based pricing data that is used for determining final pricing. Need good skills with mathematics. I would like to have someone with the ability to read and speak English and Spanish. Utility experience is a plus. We are based out of Texas have clients through Central and South America, so it would helpful but not critical to have Spanish language. You'll need Skype and broadband connection. If you have spreadsheets that you've put together for pricing scenarios it would help to see those to determine your skillset. Please provide resume, hours available and price per hour. The initial project will be a get acquainted project to determine whether there's a longer term fit.
