Realise an electronic device (using arduino preffered)

Hello! I have experience programming in C / C + + for almost 20 years. Devices based on Arduino, I'm doing more than 3 years. I have experience making "smart house" on the Arduino. More, I have experience in: - building hydroponics installations on Arduino - the control system with LED lights - equipment for the reality-show "Treasure Room" (complete within 3 days) - Control system for printing equipment (now in progress). I am ready to write a program for Arduino and provide a complete description of the device. But I need a more detailed description of your project. There are no attachment.

Please give me more details. what are the things that we have to do in this project. we have to develop complete project like circuit design, motor selection, etc.
