Rotary dip swich jumper control

i have one pcb,on the pcb have 10 program you can see pictures pin heads total 2x10 pin and now we using for change program jumper,now jumper installed on the 1. program if we want change to 10 we need install red led side 10. pin jumper now we do not want to used this pins and jumper we want using rotary dip swich i have at hand one i send you picture and datasheet you can see on swich datasheep picture red color is mean when i turn swich which legs connect to each other for example 1. position 1 -2 -5 legs connect to each other i have one friend he try help me for this he write pic ic program but not working maybe can you help for this one? my first question are you understant very clear everyting?if not you can ask me if need also i can take pictures
