We are currently designing some electrically actuated awnings for container style cafes. The shape of the space these are being installed in makes it challenging to mount the actuators and brackets without creating head height issues and encroaching to far into the cafe area. The attached file shows the opened and closed position of the awning and proposed bracket mounting arrangement. Awning Details: -width 2300mm -height 2100mm -weight 90-100kg What we need is engineering detail around where the most force is being applied to the arrangement and in particular the force being applied to the hinge.
