Protection relay settings coordination study Thermoplant

The aim of the project is to elaborate the document of the protection relay settings to be considered in the evacuation line of a thermosolar power plant. Basically there are step up transformer relays (trafo differential and overcurrent protections) and undeground cable in 115 kV with line differential relays. These relays are siemens family siprotec 5. To elaborate this document is probably needed the elaboration of a simulation model and calculation of short circuit fault currents in the system. Freelancer should be familiar with siemens relays and with simulation programs such as Digsilent, Neplan PSS/E etc. Document available for the project are protection and control SLD and all the required network data.
