Build graphs from data in excel worksheet

We have a team of 19 people that work in 18 clinics. At some clinics, we have 3-4 people working in the same day. I would like to depict each clinic's schedule in a graph where you can colour code each person's hours so you can see which person works which day and what their shift is. For e.g., Mary works at Clinic 1 from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Steve also works at Clinic 1 from 10:00am - 5:00pm. I would like to see Mary and Steve's hours depicted via a graph in different colours.
