Fast Data Conversion Project

I am setting up a CRM for our company and need clean data. Unfortunately, all I have to pull from are run sheets of groups who visited our facility. These sheets were made for the managers to know who was coming. I will provide 5 years of these run sheets. Each run sheet is a spreadsheet with multiple tabs. You need to visit each tab of each sheet and covert all of the data. All data will be put into the Data Conversion Document. Do not separate out different sheets or tabs on this document. Each event will be a single line in the Data Conversion Document. There are 5 years of sheets with a total of 22 tabs. The instructions below will explain what data to keep and how to keep it. I have completed the conversion of the document call "Test Document" so you can see exactly what I'm looking for. Use this as a reference. You do not need to process the "Test Document". Save all documents as xls or xlsx files. This job must be completed within 36 hours of acceptance. If you miss the deadline or the data is not converted as described below, I will not pay you. You must follow my instructions exactly. Instructions, the Test Document, and the Data Conversion Document are zipped together. Once I have decided on someone, I will send the other documents to convert. There are I am very busy and may not be readily available to respond to your questions. Please have a firm grasp of this project BEFORE bidding. If you are bidding an hourly rate, I will only set a milestone for 2 hours of your time. You will need to deliver what you can get done in that amount of time and I will expect the same rate of speed for the rest of the work before setting more milestones.
