Bogdan Corporation is in search of a freelancer Operations Agent, which deals with the processing of data from several spreadsheets to a company's Excel sheets, according to the instructions that will be granted for the task.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for university students or graduates between 20 and 40 years old, indistinct sex, preferably from careers related to Accounting, Administration, among others. The person must have a responsible, attentive and meticulous profile with the details. Good management of Excel spreadsheets will be assessed, including the use and editing of formulas for this tool, as well as experience in data entry and the like.
WORKFLOW
The work consists of loading data from different forms (granted by the company) on a separate sheet of Excel. This work includes the processing and adaptation of up to 8 forms in total, so special attention is needed when loading the corresponding data. This task involves about 10 net hours of work, which will be distributed between the first 3-4 business days of the month. In turn, this task must be carried out every month for an indefinite period. To carry out this work, training will be provided and the tools mentioned above will be granted.
