Property Investment Calculator

Hello i am looking for a customers multu sheet but simple property investment calculator and also as per attached a members share / equity / cost.. What is required is to simplify this and to include all macro and formula and locked cell to ensure stability.. This also must include a sumerry page of COST EXPENSES V REVENUE / MEMBERS LIABILITY VS REVENUE SHARE ? Plus CHarts = Year on Year Growth , EXPENSES by category and any other useful info.. As most of the data is already attached we just need it simplified and customises so if you are an excel master this is an easy job for you.. Needs to be Re vamped up so the calculated is simplified for customer presentations also...
