Toolbar for CouponPress

Hello, We are interested in making a firefox and IE toolbar which functions exactly like [login to view URL] Please investigate by downloading the toolbar so you understand the requirements The basic requirement is if a user has installed the toolbar on their computer and they visit a site say for example [login to view URL] It will cross check with our database and if there is a coupon code available it will alert users! The website is currently being powered by couponpress (so please understand that theme first) Can you please tell me if this is something you guys can do and if so what is the ETA and costing for the same?
