Website to advertise Holiday Homes in Australia

I would like to have a website designed that allows property owners across Australia to advertise their holiday homes. The website will have the features of allowing the users to post a listing,pay and then their listing appears immediately… People can click on this site and view states and regions within Australia with holiday homes for rent, view pictures, prices, availability, make an enquiry oing online etc…the enquiry king then goes to the advertiser to secure. The site needs to be professional and be easy to use….. This job will only suit a very professional designer and programmer who would like to go into partnership. As I don’t have the funds to pay for the site upfront I would like to partner with someone who would be happy to take 20% of the monthly profits for 1 year as payment for the site…I will be advertising the website heavily on the net,local papers, forums, etc etc… The site will need to have SEO features… Only professionals need apply…..
