Flash audio player with XML embedded problem

We've embedded an audio file into this page using Flash, but the MP3 file automatically plays when the page is loaded:

It currently autoplays and loops and we can't work out how to stop it from doing both of these things.
So, when the page loads, the file shouldn't play. And when it gets to the end it should stop.
Please let me know what you need from me to fix this problem (i.e. what files??).
