Flash Comm Server - Modify Existing A/V Application

I am looking for an advanced Flash developer who can turn this around within a day or two. Modifications will be made to an existing Audio/Video Conferencing application (fla can be downloaded by following a link at the bottom of the following page) - here is an example of a similar working version: [login to view URL] Modifications will consist of (1) auto-login/color preference based on session variables that can be pulled from a designated page; (2) alter the look/feel - square video windows / scroll bars / buttons / colors; (3) add functionality (similar to the "ring" button) that will activate a javascript function on every clients brower - provide sample javascript that demonstates this. Final swf must be Flash 6 compatible - like the file provided. Payment will be made immediately upon completion of the project... I do not deal with escrow.
