Flash - Record and Upload Video

I need a flash SWF file that will cleanly record and then either upload the resulting FLV file direct to a website or save it locally so that the user can then upload it to my ASP.NET based web server (I can make accomodations to your upload requirements). I'd like the design to look something like the attached file with the following actions: Record (would also start recording over if pressed twice) Stop Playback Save / Upload (upload prefer, but if we must, save it locally) High Quality Recording by default Full Screen Ability to overlay a piece of text as specified by the calling web page would be great. This SWF will be much like the one found here: [login to view URL] but without the special effects. I'm also in the market for a FLV **PLAYER** that has a similar look and feel and will have the following buttons: Play / Pause Rewind (to start) Button to mark start time with ability to access value via web page (or have flash expose it as a property that Javascript can access) Button to mark end time (same ability to access as previous) Progress bar for playback with movable "start" and "end" times (we have a routine that will be auto-trimming the video) Full Screen
