Google Ads PPC Marketing Associate

If you are analytical, creative, and tech-savvy, consider joining our team to manage our Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing efforts. You won't have to leave your home for this flexible position. We are an online retailer that advertises through Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, and more. We are looking for someone with a strong working understanding Google Ads (and PPC in general) to manage our campaigns and eventually accounts. As skills and responsibilities are demonstrated, we will expand your role to more brands and platforms (Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.). Google Ads is the only platform you must know in advance – all of the others can be learned on the job. The position is 20 to 40 hours a week (starting at 20 and working up as you demonstrate success). Our products are mainly automotive and clothing-related items that you have probably never seen before, so get ready for a whole new world. The kinds of things you’ll be doing: • Reviewing campaigns, ads, and keywords for improvement opportunities, reducing costs, increasing conversion • Developing and buillding out new campaigns based on strategies and opportunities we create in tandem • Constantly searching for ways to decrease cost per conversion while increasing overall conversions • Research Google Ads to keep up with the latest trends, strategies, and opportunities Position requirements: • A solid foundational understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and online marketing • Project management capabilities (primarily for yourself) • Fluent spoken and written English • Strong understanding of Excel The ideal candidate is: • Analytical • Organized and detail oriented • A creative problem solver who can think for themselves • Loves to learn • In full possession of a “can-do” attitude The following are not required but would be advantageous: • Experience with Bing Ads • Experience with Amazon advertising • Experience in online retail generally • Other language fluency, particularly German, Spanish, French, or Italian The rate for this position is 6 USD/hr.
