Help with Google analytics, Goals and Filters

We are setup goals but not getting data. Here is what we have done. We now show 107 goal completions for the last week...but the goal completion funnel shows 0% activity. It's a very simple 2-step goal...and when I follow the very simple directions on a blog, we lose even more data. To be clear - I have not implemented any new filters. I tried, verified them, they didn't work, I removed them. There is a "Filter Test View" now to be sure nothing slips through the cracks if it's messed up.
