New novel front cover needs photo-realistic image

I am a self-published author, with two novels and four stage plays to my credit. My first novel was shortlisted for the international 2017 Yeovil Literary Prize.
I need a colour photo-realistic piece of artwork to be used on the front cover to my third novel. The genre is erotic mystery thriller mixed with political satire and the novel is set in the future, in the year 2050. I’m anxious to have a striking image on the cover: erotic, but which nevertheless makes it clear the genre is mixed, that this is a kind of “thinking person’s” erotic novel.
So what I want is this: a colour image of an attractive woman (in the novel she is described as being a tall Dutch white woman) aged 50, glamorous, with medium length blonde hair, standing fully naked apart from some flimsy panties, seen in back view facing away from us, holding a towel over the front of her body as if she has just emerged from the shower. To the right-hand side of her, a few feet away from her, facing her, and facing towards us, will be her robot, “Sidney”, a key character in the novel. Sidney is described as being about half-human height, a round metal cylinder, looking like a “postbox-on-wheels”. He has no feet, but he does have two arms. His right arm is jointed like a human arm and is terminated by a delicate ten-fingered hand, which is holding and waving a small French flag (in the novel, he thinks he is French and speaks with an accent); the left arm is more like a flexible hose, which is terminated by a digital camera. The robot has no eyes, ears or nose, but he does have a fleshly pink-lipped mouth, formed into a sardonic smile.
Size of book cover is width 14cm by height 21.5cm.
The title of the novel is being kept secret for the moment but it has the exact character count and word count of the phrase: “Fully Credited Sink Sessions”, which is nothing like the sense of the real title, by the way. My graphic designer will overlay the image with the novel’s actual title but, in addition to the image, I would want a copy overlain with a suggestion as to how the title words might best fit without obscuring the artwork.
