Redraw of Hotel Layout in Illustrator

My hotel needs to be redrawn, so that I may have a High Res copy (instead of old photocopying) in Illustarator or Photoshop. I need to be delivered a layered file, so that I may make small changes later down the road if necessary. I have attached my old copy of the hotel and what I want included. I have a few small logos I would like attached, and I want it to look more "modern". I like the look and colors of? the layouts below... <[login to view URL]> ? <[login to view URL]> ? <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables Need to add the Starbucks logo instead of the text "starbucks coffee" Need to add Hertz Logo in the Gift Shop Add Hertz Logo in the parking lot, by their parking space Add Handicapped Logo on the 2 parking spaces in the front, and 2 in the back. Add door distinction, where there is the blue boxes, and where it says "door" Add Starting Gate Logo, WInner's Circle Logo. Add color such a green shrubs, blue pool/ spa...such as the sample links given. There are shrubs around the property. But please do include Hwy 101, and Mcmurray road in front and back as shown. Those are roads, so please distinguish as such. Show a distinction so the Lobby Level is shown not attached to Ground Level...rather Off set- as it is a floor above.
