Who can design a pretty picture for me

I would like a nice picture designed for the centre of my website [[login to view URL]][1] I have eclosed a pdf for you to work from and would like it manipulated to make a better image I have some thoughts on what I would like: Against a clean white background The slogan of "YOUR ONLINE GUIDE TO YOUR TOWN" to appear at the top in the same style/font that it is. Then underneath I was thinking about an attractive arrangement of all the local pictures, a collage of the pictures would be an appealing option Then eithe underneath or to either side of the pictures the red and yellow website features. I dont want to use any flashing graphics as it would make it look too busy and confusing as there is already so much on there but what do you think? Is this acheivable and do you think you can make a satisfactory job? **Please provide me with or point me to samples of your work. If you can provide a sample of the above requirements this will very much work in your favour, also if I choose you I will provide you with instructions on how to upload the picture as the picture must fit the space properly.
