Excellent Graphic Designer / Artist

The project has not started. But will soon. Excellent designer wanted to design games for children. The quality has to be very good. 8 months project - and good pay. so i want someone committed and doesn't quit in the middle - just because they don't "feel like" or "dislike" the project. once started, please commit and finish the job. Excellent pay and i don't want people with bad attitudes or lack of respect/patience for a "job". If I ask edits, you make them - not ask me to change the requirement. I had a really bad experience and they supposedly good. Anyways, If money is all you need please don't apply. This requires serious passion of game designing. Thank you.
