Audience: female, 25-45 yrs, career-minded, highly educated, discerning taste, have a busy life and want to balance it all. They are either already successful in their careers, run their own business or thinking of starting one. They are aspirational, want more out of life and are looking for inspiration to bring about change in their own lives - whether it's changing careers or jobs, lifestyle change or a startup venture.
