Catalogue Design and Layout (InDesign)

I require a porduct catalogue to be designed using Photoshop and InDesign. It is for a company which produces food for sale into shops and restuarants, mainly chicken and other meats. What I need is for the cover to be designed and laid out, I also need the inside front cover to be laid out and for three different templates to be created for the product pages. I should receive all source files in Photoshop and Indesign formats. The final version should be completed in InDesign. My vision for the product pages is to list the products for that category with perhaps 4 sample photos of the products in that category in the page, so for example, on a page for bread, I'd have all the product listings, codes etc in tables and then four images of bread to the side of the page. To bid on this project please attach a sample of what your idea is (front cover). The final catalogue will be A4 in size, this means the layouts will be A3 in size.
