Prelaunch Flyer/Form

I have a client that requires an A% double sided flyer to be created to advertise their soon to be launched web hosting company. The new web hosting company is called EnviroHost and offers 130% Wind Powered, Green Website Hosting and is one of very few companies in Australia that will do so. The website will be launched properly in 4 weeks time but the client is going to get people interested on one side of the flyer with something that is more of a poster and stands out by being clever/appealing. On the other, he wants there to be some info about how it's green/benefits etc and about the hosting, and then at the bottom of that a form to register their interest and get updates/more info, which they can post to him, and a website address that will have the same form and will email to him. The catch is that I need this designed and created within 5 hours maximum - I am available on Skype permanently for help or to check if something looks good/suits. I will also supply the logo as an AI file.
