The purpose of our project is a booking/rental site on a private to private base. Like airbnb ( just no rooms or hotels) The site should be based on a CMS backend. Preferred CMS is Joomla! Wordpress would also be ok. Please use common open source jquery plugins for the functionalities like sliders/galleries etc.... SEARCH Search feature on home site based on different Category / Location / Availability / Persons. Slideshow with featured objects. Search results will show on new generated page with the functionality to narrow the search results, sort results and click on selected objects. Object view is with google maps location a description and a list of accessories. REGISTER or LIST OBJECT User Registration with Name, Adress, email. Photo, Description and Skills. Evtl the registered user will be able to promote his person. Register with facebook account?? Paypal or billing information. - There should be a simple page to do the listing. No difficult CMS backend login. Functionality: - list one or more objects per user. - Picture Upload for SlideShow - Category Selection - Google maps location pinning - A variety of checkboxes to show different accessories and features like GPS/Cooler/Smoking allowed/ TV ... etc. - Description of object - price per day or hour - Availability (calendar function) - (Possibility to rate and comment) To keep the budget low we really want to use a predesigned template that we can modify to our needs with css.
