PSD file converted to HTML email template

I need a photoshop file converted into html with text and images that will be used for an email campaign. It needs to render properly in different email clients and the text needs to display separately from the the background images in the event that the email client blocks the images. The html file/image must exactly match the psd file (font, style, spacing, etc). Attached is a portion of the psd image that needs to be converted. I need this turned around in a day. Thanks
