WordPress Header & Cafe Press Edits

We are using [login to view URL] to be our back end for shopping cart and fulfillment. We are adding a link on our website to the store. Homepage: [login to view URL] 1. I want the Shopping Bag icon and link on all pages. Having issues putting on other than homepage. Using WordPress. 2. The store is [login to view URL] - Want to create similar look to website by editing the CSS and such in [login to view URL] admin area for the site. Looks straightforward and can add HTML and the like. 3. Would like to create some transparent background graphics to use for shirts.... such as "got bagels?" with the proper font. I will attach when awarded. And to double check in [login to view URL] that I have the proper images to use for products. Some don't have transparent backgrounds, need to update them. They are all in there.
