PDF Flyer + Mailer + Fax Page

Hi We need a basic PDF mailer(we will give text and some PSD of graphics) and you need to create PDF Flyer(1 page) some text we will give you and graphics like logo+ 1-2 images and a Mailer based on above design that we can send us an HTML mailer (we will test it via Mozilla T Bird) we will post the mailer images online on our server and we need a different Fax Design for sending fax that does not have much graphics - just black and white text and some layout and border we will give you text The fax page is not color and fairly simple.. but nice layout we need this asap we are allowed 5 revisions of Fax and 5 for Flyer/HTML mailer is based on flyer Thanks Send us sample flyers you have done or mailers - thx! $30 range
