I have a campervan hire business which has a Wordpress website that uses wpboookingsystem. After a customer has made a booking I need to do various other tasks, such as request the customer to pay final balance 6 weeks before departure date, they need to send me a copy of their driving licence 7 days before departure, they need to pay security deposit at least 3 days before departure date etc etc. I either need to use something built into Wordpress or a different automated software. Any help, advice, etc welcomed
