DESCRIPTION OF WORK
• Revamp existing print materials for our events/programs. Incorporate corporate identity (design, voice, logo, look) which will be supplied to you. • Copywriting experience helpful, but not required. Copy exists for all pieces, but recommendations or suggestions are appreciated. • Flexibility to design and create new graphics. Some photographic images can be provided, but use of stock photos is allowed and encouraged if our images are lacking. • Develop template for future ad hoc flyers, brochures and forms. • Maintain a consistent look and feel.
• All final print materials will be owned by RVC (including data files). RVC needs ability to update and maintain files (such as changing date, time, cost, etc.) for future use as needed. Please indicate software used for development so we can check on the cost required to purchase necessary software. Preferred packages would be Publisher, Word or Photoshop. • All artwork will be owned by RVC – including the ability to use artwork in additional materials (be it print, web, t-shirt designs, electronic media etc.) if we so choose. • “Brochures” are two-sided, tri-fold, landscape design on 8.5” x 11” paper. are one-sided or two-sided on 8.5” x 11” paper. Handbooks are two-sided, half-fold, landscape design on 8.5” x 11” paper.
