• To build the website using a CMS platform. • To create a full content management area for the client to update the site in the future. • Inclusive of foundation SEO, link to Google Analytics, site testing for performance and launch. • Source and purchase of library images where required. • Copywriting where required. • Based on the inclusion of existing links through to; - Agents Online Booking - Rewards Scheme Login • Costing based on the same level of content on the existing website, but with making existing PDFs into actual web pages to significantly develop the effectiveness of SEO. • The overall design follows your existing content but demonstrates how it can be displayed and navigated differently. • The images are key and need to be of the highest quality to attract attention - low resolution or poor quality imagery can really detract from your site. - Latest Offers is reduced to the first 6 (x2 runs of 3) on a sliding carousel with a ‘See All’ button underneath, to move away from the lengthy home page. - We suggest that each offer which currently just downloads as a PDF links to a single page with all info on and with the option in there to download PDF. - More pages are needed rather than just PDF downloads to significantly aide SEO and make life easier for the site user/agents. - Main sliders with offers need to work harder and click through to each particular offer. • Content Management System would be created with all style settings so that content can easily be added and offers updated. • Our main focus for the site design is to make it far more sharp and aesthetically pleasing whilst adding more active pages for SEO. (This would probably reduce your spend on SEO/PPC). Additionally, the design has been considered for mobile devices, to avoid lengthy scrolling pages when looking on limited real estate.
