Build a website

Our organization needs a website which will reward members for registering, visiting, referring and participating on the website. The website is about asking questions/predictions. While members get points for correct answers. Below are some of the features the website will have Ability for members to register (compulsory phone number, email ...) Ability for admin to add and remove members Ability for admin to ask questions daily and members given the option to answer. Ability to set points to be added/subtracted for a correct answer automatically/manually. Ability for member to predict a game and be rewarded with points. Ability for admin to set the answer before and after the time frame. The system adjusting the points given to members. Ability for admin to set the time members have to answer the question. Ability for members to refer others and be rewarded. The website will have a score board which members can access. Ability to connect with other social media networks Including other features that is associated with sites of this nature.
