Hi everyone, we have a potential client which is a Syndicate of a government entity. We are bidding to get the project, so this is not secured yet, but we want to have quotes. If everything goes well, whoever wins this bid will be considered for a long-term relation. Regarding this project, here is the key information. Please remember to ask any questions you might have. Requirements and key features: - Wordpress Site - Visual Composer - Chat System to chat with visitors (could be custom made or third party) - Newsletter - News Feed - Facebook Feed - Search functionality - Calendar of activities - Blog - Section where users could download files (PDF, Word, etc) - Creation of a database to store emails that subscribe to the Newsletter and also they want users to fill an online form. The information of that form will be stored in the same database. - News banner below the header. This header will be populated by the blog posts. - Contact Form 7 - FAQ section with js accordion functionality - Most of the pages will be written content, but they will have pictures and embedded videos from YouTube - Not sure about this, but the Wordpress version needs to be in Spanish after the site is done - Slider revolution Milestones - Milestone 1: Completion and approval of the design. Before starting the Wordpress implementation, the design needs to be approved by the client. You don’t need to send us PSD files, PNGs or JPGs would be fine. - Milestone 2: Completion of the Wordpress implementation and database and file delivery. Examples The client has taken the following sites as references: - [login to view URL] (They like this one very much, take this as the strongest reference) - [login to view URL] (The design sucks, but this gives us an idea of how the content should be distributed) - [login to view URL] (Same as above) - [login to view URL] (This one is OKish, but the design is very poor, we are looking for something way more modern) Thanks!
