Website is for an independent agent selling apartments and condos in new projects, or individual resale units from owners. The agent has been selling condos and other properties for more than 8 years on Koh Samui, Thailand. This website is to focus on a niche sector to drive more potential sales and generate more client leads for condo sales. The website must be Wordpress based. Home page would feature latest offers Current properties / condos for sale / new / resale units / Ideas of what to buy and why. Photos, some slider etc. There would be about 6 to 8 pages such as home page, about us, legal, contact us, For Sale properties, extra pages to seo relevant content, a blog page Focus is on the location where the agent has already operated for more than 8 years. So the agent is an experienced in this market. Perhaps take a standard template and produce a child theme. Must be able to increase the detail for each condominium project on offer. Multiple units, floor plans, prices, photos... whats sold... etc. So become the expert in each listing.... Investment returns etc. The challenge is to make the website content clean, easy to navigate, and good for SEO. And to rank highly on google. Agent had an old website which is now defunct and no longer live. You would be working directly with the owner / agent. We are small niche player. The scope includes launching the website live..... The timeframe for going live is 6 to 8 months.... or sooner. Looking for someone with flair and skills. The website main language is English - and other languages. This is not a full scope but to give you idea of what we are looking for. JJ
